Welcome to PortalTube. By accessing or using our platform, website, applications, and services (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use PortalTube.
Users must be at least thirteen (13) years old to access and use PortalTube.
Users under eighteen (18) years old may use the platform only in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and with parental or guardian guidance where required.
Users must be eighteen (18) years old or above to receive creator payouts or withdrawals.
Users may create only one channel per verified user.
A valid phone number is required for channel creation.
Due to ongoing verification system improvements, channel approvals and creator registrations are manually reviewed by PortalTube.
PortalTube reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.
Users must not upload, stream, publish, or distribute:
Pornographic or sexually explicit content;
Gore, graphic violence, or disturbing content;
Illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory material;
Content that violates Philippine laws or regulations;
Copyright-infringing or unauthorized content;
Spam, scams, or misleading information.
PortalTube reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules immediately and without prior notice.
All creators are manually reviewed before receiving channel privileges.
Approved creators may continue posting content provided they follow the Community Guidelines and these Terms of Service.
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension or termination.
Users may request deletion of their account or content.
Requested deletions will be processed within fourteen (14) days.
Accounts involved in serious violations may be terminated immediately.
Violating content may be deleted immediately without retention.
PortalTube currently accepts payments only through GCash manual payment processing.
Creator payouts are processed on the first (1st) day of each month.
Withdrawal eligibility requires users to be at least eighteen (18) years old.
PortalTube may request identity verification before processing payouts.
PortalTube relies on advertisements to support and maintain the platform.
By using the Services, users acknowledge that advertisements may appear within videos, streams, pages, or other areas of the platform.
Content uploaded to PortalTube is stored on Portal Network’s cloud infrastructure and not on Google-owned cloud services.
Users acknowledge that cloud storage systems may require temporary backups and processing.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
By uploading content, users grant PortalTube a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and stream the content on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use uploaded materials.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Users agree to comply with all applicable Philippine regulations and legal requirements.
PortalTube shall not be liable for:
User-generated content;
Data loss beyond reasonable control;
Service interruptions or technical failures;
Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
PortalTube may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
